In addition to all the benefits you already get when you book direct with FERGUS Hotels, you now also get:
- Coverage for illnesses you may get during the stay.
- Cancellation insurance for non-flexible rates under more than twenty different circumstances
- Medical assistance if you become ill during your stay, up to €30,000
- If you book a Non-Refundable or Semi-Flexible rate, free cancellation up to a maximum of up to €10,000 if you meet any of the 25 different causes explained in the policy

Yes, once you have booked with FERGUS Hotels, the booking confirmation email will also include a document with all the policy details. If you book a flexible rate, you will get a copy of the policy after you check in at the hotel. However, we remind you that you can see the conditions before booking using the links above. The reimbursement of cancellation costs applicable under the general conditions of the Non-Refundable and Semi-Flexible rates, will be made up to a maximum amount of €10,000 provided that any of the following causes occur: any of these reasons.
